A 5x career switcher herself, she now coaches mid-to-senior professionals through bold and intentional transitions. She has helped over 100 people gain clarity and take courageous steps toward fulfilling careers.
With 12+ years of experience across tech, energy, and consulting in Africa and Europe, Wamide has held leadership roles at PwC, Jumia, and PE Energy. She was named a She Code Africa Rising Star in 2023 and a finalist in the Global Top 100 Women of the Future in Emerging Tech.
She writes OnGrowth&, a career and growth newsletter read by over 10,000 professionals in 98 countries. Wamide holds an MBA from the American College of Greece and a Computer Engineering degree from Covenant University.
